Olen jyväskylässä asuva ja työskentelevä taiteilija ja aktivisti
työvälineitäni ovat performanssi, valokuva, liikkuva kuva ja INSTALLAATIO
En halua sitoa teoksia tiettyyn praktiikkaan, vaan koitan olla avoin ajatuksilleni ja mieluummin työskentelen idea kuin materiaali edellä. Olen aina omistanut vahvan aistiherkkyyden ja intuition, näen ja koen tapahtumat hyvin voimakkaasti. Tämä on toisinaan rasite, mutta suuri apu taiteellisessa työskentelyssä.
Eräs arvostamani kirjailija kutsui minua 'vapaustaistelijaksi', joka kuvastaa hyvin elämänasennettani. Inspiroidun vahvasti tasa-arvosta ja kaiken elollisen yhdenvertaisuudesta. Taiteilijana pyrin puuttumaan ympärilläni oleviin epäkohtiin, tehden sen välillä asiaankuuluva pilke silmäkulmassa.
Jotkut projekteistani ovat kannanottoja tai interventiota julkisessa tilassa, joilla haluan muistuttaa vaihtoehtoisista olemisen tavoista, luoda uskoa ja uskallusta. Tällä hetkellä inspiroidun butosta, erikoisista äänimaailmoista sekä aikakäsityksen kanssa leikistä teoksissa.

my tools are performance, photography, MOVING picture and installation
I don’t want to be tied up to any material or technique, I would rather be open for my thoughts and choose the materials suitable for the idea than the other way around. I have always been very sensitive and intuitive. I want to make the best of this characteristic by identifying and bringing out phenomenon's which are usually ignored from the rat race.
I am proud that one Finnish author - that I highly respect - called me a 'freedom fighter'. It reflects perfectly my attitude in life and also the essence of my artwork. I’m very insipired by equailty of people and all living things. As an artist I aim to interfere with unfairness around me, and do it sometimes with relevant sense of humour.
My works are often statements or interventions in public space, you could call some of my work a kind of street art. With my art I want to give choices, awaken people and to remind of existence of unconventional aspects, create hope and courage. I’m inspired by butoh, peculiar soundscapes and playing with time perspective in artworks.
